We performed electrical engineering design for this 56-Unit Affordable Housing Apartment Complex for Veterans, Developmentally Disabled and Senior Citizens, located in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles. The electrical design included an open courtyard with interlinked multi-level common spaces, outdoor recreation and various other amenities. All units are provided with considerable natural light and ventilation while integrating universal design features.
