This Maintenance Facility features a train ground hoist, wheel truck hoist, and ground level dust collection system which is used to service the Ansaldo-Breda P2550, stainless steel trains, which do not use traditional body shop methods.

Electrical Building Systems, Inc. was responsible for the preparation of electrical construction documents and specifications for facility retrofit, including power lighting design and communication interface for retrofit of existing storage building, underground utilities coordination and installation of new electrical service, coordination with mechanical drawings for design of dust collection system and implementation of hydraulic underground lift system.
