Electrical Building Systems, Inc. was responsible for the electrical engineering design at this existing 15,000 sq. ft. facility into a new state-of-the-art 19,000 sq. ft. type V, sprinklered, Adult Day Health Care with a Medical Clinic Component. The facility was originally designed to meet LEED Silver Certification, with the building retaining most of the designed sustainable elements such as Solatube natural lighting and occupancy censored fixtures.
