Complete Electrical Engineering Design for 32 units of Affordable Family Housing with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. All units were designed to take advantage of natural day lighting. Screened entry doors and various design strategies further encourage natural air flow while a circulation light well creates a source for transference of natural light. Private balconies allow for privacy, whereas the community room flows into the courtyard space and surrounding landscaped open spaces, creating a variety of spaces for resident interaction.
